7 Nights Luxury All Inclusive Antalya Getaway W/Flts

The hotel itself is clean and there are water slides to play on and it was fairly cheap. That’s the end of the positives for this hotel. We paid extra for days out which were really good. If you are unfortunate enough to have already booked this hotel then ensure you have extra money to get out the hotel. The jeep safari really stood out, you get to see various sights, have a water fight and genuinely a great day for all the family. Back to the shoddy hotel which is 1 star at best. Never been hounded so much by people trying to sell you rubbish, and that’s both in and out of the hotel. Doesn’t matter if you are sleeping the staff will wake you to try and sell hair cuts, upgrade to edible meals, smoking apparatus, tattoos and general poor quality goods. Cleaners try and enter your room every morning even if do not disturb is on. It has its own beach which is on par with buying builders sand from wickes and pouring it on the floor. As part of one of our days out we saw nice beaches, nice people and edible food. Sadly none of this is what you get for the ‘ultra all inclusive’. For the ultra all inclusive the food is beyond grim. If you are British then be prepared to be treated as second class guests endless times we had waited in line to be served and any other nationality can be behind you and the staff will skip you to serve them. Also be aware that on your way to and from the airport your driver will stop at some road side shack to further try and sell you stuff you don’t want. To end on a positive the weather was fabulous!

Family of 5 . 2 adults 3 children after a long day of travelling we were all very hungry and tired took 3 hours from airport and arrived at 3am we didn’t get offered any food or water we got taken to our room which was on the top floor we did request a ground or 1st floor but family rooms are on the highest floor (5th) the room was nice and big no issues. Hotel is beautiful The food was awful no English which is understandable we are in turkey after all but no signs to say what we were eating and what was in them especially for allergies . Everything was garliced or tasteless The milk was very watery and looked grey tasted sour in coffees The staff are no help when I struggled to find a folk I also asked for one and they laughed and walked away the guests are mostly Georgias and Russians and very rude ! No consideration no Qs and think they own the whole place You also have a full class of school children every few days staying in the family rooms running around corridoors knocking on everyone’s doors and pressing the lift buttons running away Which takes about 20 mins to wait for it coming up Teachers had no control and neither did the hotel staff . No children’s entertainment in the evening at all hotel boring at night mostly for adults 930-130am WiFi paid for 7 days when we had missed a day due to arriving 3am they turn WiFi off the morning you leave technically we paid 7 and only had it 5 days and it keeps signing you out reception staff huffy when you asked for password again The snack bar restaurant I ordered my husbands myself and my 3 children’s pizzas and chicken burgers 4 out of 5 of us got our food and when I asked the waiter where my sons burger was he said 2 mins but never came back I spoke to him again to be told again 2 mins my son sat without any food I asked to speak with manager and he said kitchen closed now food finished my son didn’t get his food we ordered . He spoke non English to another member of staff and laughed at me he waved his hand told me to go to the other restaurant at tea time …. Disgusting after we had our food my son is 5 and only wanted his burger which you can’t get in the all inclusive restaurant won’t ever return

It was a very cheap trip, so I didn't expect much. First the good things: very nice and helpful staff, great group of animators, delicious breakfasts, large selection of food, especially vegetables, beach workers tried very hard to keep it clean and nice, paid but good wifi, also on the beach, paid safe (2€ per day), clean swimming pools, unlimited bottled water, close to the beach 7 minutes walk, very good spa. Things to improve: too loud music all day long, no milk and good coffee, sometimes dirty glasses and plates. What was the worst - drunk UK citizens. My God, these people are total pathology, drunk, aggressive, loud, looking for a fight, drunk couples with small children under their care. It was the first time in my life that I met such tourists. UK, shame on you!!!!! Disgusting people!

Despite this drawback Senza Hotel offers a vibrant and enjoyable retreat, though it falls just short of a traditional five-star status. Its lively atmosphere, attentive service, and comfortable accommodations make it a standout destination for travelers seeking a memorable stay in Turkey's heart
