A Hidden Gem ..... QUALITY

My wife and I stayed here recently and was very impressed with the Leonardo hotel overall. Check in was efficient and very quick, Reception was brilliant and they allowed us to store our baggage early so we go around Dublin which was a nice touch. . The rooms have been upgraded and are lovely. A special thanks to the Bar Staff who were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. you are very quickly made feel right at home. There is an extensive food menu with lots of dishes to choose from. I recommend the Burger which is mouth watering. The rooms were very spacious, lots of beds, 50 inch HD flat TVs and ambient lightly lit corridors and very quiet throughout. One of the excellent staff members informed us that this was to ensure that everybody got an undisturbed good night's sleep and she wasn't wrong. Veronica the Manageress was brilliant especially with people arriving at different times. We can't thank her enough. This Hotel just keeps getting better and better. Veronica made us feel right at home. Definitely, The Icing in the cake is The Saff. The way they look after you is it true credit to the whole hotel well done The location in the heart of Dublin is excellent to get around the city. Keep up the good work. We will be back. Don’t bother; looks good but will disappoint

Had potential but just flopped. The staff are well meaning but just not well trained in customer service. There is no 24 hr room service. It’s just on the menu for show. You wait hours on the phone just to get cut off, it’s just a low class hotel with lowHad potential but just flopped. The staff are well meaning but just not well trained in customer service. Excellent location for Dublin town centre and temple bar

Hotel is brilliantly located. Short walk to Temple Bar and O’Connell Street. Airport bus stops on O’Connell Street just around the corner. Luggage area meant we could leave our bags after check-out and roam Dublin bag free before our return flight. Hotel smells amazing as soon as you walk in.Hotel is brilliantly located. Breakfast was great, fantastic choice of food. The bar was also gorgeous. The room was so modern, trendy and spotless, lovely bathroom with great shower. Definitely would return here.
