This themed hotel is only a couple of minutes from Disneyland Resort Paris. An idyllic lake, where guests are able to enjoy a stroll and relax, is just a few minutes away. More than good enough for a couples stay...

We have recently returned from our 2 night stay at Hotel Campanile Val de France. We checked in late on our first evening and was greeted by friendly staff on Reception. We stayed in Building A on the second floor and our room was clean throughout. Hangers and a safe are provided. We were also surprised to come back after our first day at Disney to a clean room and fresh towels provided.
The Reception area is jam packed full of different arcade games, a Starbucks, bar snack area and a boutique shop.
Breakfast is average and not much choice but we thought it was decent enough for the price we paid. There is a selection of cooked food (bacon, eggs beans etc), pastries, crepes, pancakes, yogurts and more. Breakfast starts from 7:00am.
The free shuttle service starts at the Campanile and from memory stops at around 6 hotels on the way before reaching Diseny. Both mornings we took the first free shuttle service (the website says 10 minutes but it takes just over 20) to Disney, they start from around 8:05am - absolutely fine. However the shuttle coming back on our first evening was absolute chaos. People were pushing and shoving to get onto the bus when they run every 15 minutes. We felt really sorry for the families with prams and young children as it was just absolutely manic. Just for reference, we were quoted €20 for a taxi from Disney back to Campanile or we could have picked up an Uber for around €12 if you want to save the stress and hassle. As we were just travelling as a couple, we didn't mind letting a couple of shuttles go by in order to let all the families jump on first.
Overall we had no issues with staff, or our room. All we needed the room for was a bed and a shower and this hotel suited us absolutely fine so I would 100% recommend this hotel if you need a cheap place to stay as a couple.

I am enjoying my stay here and look forward to going to the park tomorrow. We got in late and just went to Disney Village for supper then watched the drone show. Tomorrow is our big park day. DO NOT take the shuttle. Unless of course you have a stroller

DO NOT take the shuttle. Unless of course you have a stroller because it's a ticket to verbally abuse everyone else on the bus. Man! The people on there are MEAN! We're going to Uber tomorrow. The hotel is like many other Good Neighbour ones. Adequate, clean, great staff, this one has a petting zoo and there's not character meet and greets and fancy breakfasts that you pay for whether you want it or not if you're staying there.
Rooms are HOT!!! And there are no blankets. There's a duvet so you can be covered in lava or not but there is no middle ground. We're in the family room and this bed is so sloped that it feels like it is trying to dump me out of it. This is the reason it's 4AM and I'm up writing this. Can't sleep.

We stayed at the Campanile between the 26th and 30th August 2024 and really just needed a convenient location to sleep whilst enjoying the parks and Paris itself.
The room was clean and tidy and all credit to housekeeping for the daily refresh.

The room was clean and tidy and all credit to housekeeping for the daily refresh.
The bathroom extractor didn't seem to work so we had to contend with lots of steamy mirrors and the sink drained so slowly ... but minor grumbles.
The restaurant was light and comfortable and the greeting from the team was brilliant - we were made to feel most welcome.
We only used it for breakfast and there was adequate choices for hot and cold - though "hot" was more "warm" and no sausages after the first morning!
We couldn't see sliced bread for the toaster but maybe I'm being too British?!
If you like breakfast tea then bring your own teabags as the choice was fruit or Earl Grey which isn't to everybodies taste. The hot chocolate was delish!
Fruit juice options were orange or orange!
Late evenings we "retired" to the bar/cafe which was open until midnight.
Great service from the team and certainly was a plus for us with their being little or no options outside of the hotel grounds.
The shop was basic with just some essentials and Disney/other branded items. Certainly not well stocked for choice but still serves it's purpose.
Reception was open 24/7 and we used it to buy cold drinks to take back as there was no fridge back in the room ... not helpful with the warm weather we were blessed with.
The biggest let down - and this was a MASSIVE issue - was the hotel shuttle bus to the parks.
In a morning it was perfect - regular and plenty of space.
In the evening - especially after the fireworks but also the couple of hours before that - it was downright dangerous and I suspect running illegally!!
The bus station only seemed to have staff allocated to the Disney shuttle areas and the crowds - I want to say mobs - that congregated at the bust stop to head back were hyped and ready for a tussle!
The shuttle service provides transport to five hotels all in close proximity but the volume of buses and capacity at the end of the day was severely lacking!
The drivers remained safe behind the barriered cockpit and seemed to now care that customers were overfilling their bus!
We used it 3 times - because the taxi cost escalated dramatically at this time - and on each and every occasion we witnessed pushing, shoving, verbal and physical abuse between passengers.
I'm not talking about some heated banter ... this was dangerous and we witnessed children and adults crying. One many threatened to punch a female adult.
On each of the three occasions the coaches were overloaded and, I suspect, illegally so!
This needs to be resolved and I can see from reviews that this was an issue nearly 12 months ago.
Either more coaches need to be used at the end of the day or the hotels serviced needs to be reduced on each trip.
Overall we would stay at Campanile again and I would recommend the hotel ... but would go no where near the return transportation from the parks unless I could see a massive improvement.
