The seller of activities, Kadir was so helpful, nice and polite, went the extra mile to help us. Making our holiday better. One of the managers was so rude and not helpful at all even rude. I stayed here the 15th November 2024 & was swapped via the Love Holidays group 48 hrs beforehand.It is supposed to be 5* but the food was cold at every sitting &even at start of service:07.30 am.12.30pm &18.30- complained to the chefs, chicken/meat cold- They said it was the weather.? You have to pay for Wi Fi- . But most alarmingly do not book rooms in or overlooking the pools- The loud disco music starts at 10.00am -23.00am &no consideration if 50% of residents are in the older bracket & just want to keep or sit on balcony after 17.00hrs at night- Music still blasting. No rest outside by pool.pesterd by local in house shop owners all day for photos,spa & Tattooist. Not near beach you have to walk to it. No indoor pool or Cinema- Advised shut for months. Bedroom only X 1 cotton cover provided- Despite asking for Duvet three times. BUT most alarmingly for me was on attending the spa & talking to the girls - I was alarmed to find out they work 12 hour days,X7 days per week with one day off per month.(Is this not SLAVE LABOUR) In our modern era.

Staff are very rude, food not edible, room services nonexistent, drinks are very cheap and not nice at all, pool hasn’t been cleaned in days and mould in sauna and steam room area. Cat everywhere on the grounds not nice. Please don’t go there. First off, we stayed in the wrong hotel. When we first arrived we knew something didn't look right but by the time we got out of our shuttle transfer, the driver was off so we went inside. Reception never said anything to us. We were meant to stay in the First off, we stayed in the wrong hotel. When we first arrived we knew something didn't look right but by the time we got out of our shuttle transfer, the driver was off so we went inside. Reception never said anything to us. We were meant to stay in the Senza Grand Santana and when I mentioned this to reception they just ignored us, both men kept twiddling away looking at their computer screens. We were given our room and this was the beginning of a very memorable hotel stay. Buckle in. We found out later via other guests that many hotels were closing due to the end of the holiday season. This was fine but an explanation or atleast an email from Love Holidays - like other guest were afforded would have been nice. Food was disgusting. Bland, cold and questionable cooked. As the hotel was closing that week, the service was sloppy and you could tell the staff could not be bothered anymore. I, like many other guests have now got food poisoning from the food served at the Senza Inn which has ruined my first experience of Turkey. We had to pay for WiFi and for the room safe and only given 1 room key which was ridiculous for a so called 5 star all inclusive hotel. Rooms were not cleaned, only beds made and fresh towels every two days. Linens were not changed or even a quick hoover. Rooms were damaged, balcony doors did not lock and the shower/taps were mouldy. Thankfully, our room was nowhere near as bad as the other guests but it was still beqlow par. If you have kids, I would also not book this hotel as it is not kid friendly. Music is blaring until the later hours of the evening and sometimes morning. No lifeguards present at the pools and everything was dirty. Stay away from the holiday reps, they're robbers and one physically took my card off of me to pay for the excursions he signed us up for that we didn't agree to. We put him in his place and once we agreed on a price etc and paid, he had the AUDACITY to come back 10 minutes later saying he miscalculated and we were due £50 more and then proceeded to cancel one of our excursions to even it out. This enraged both of us. Only reason we agreed was due to the fact the cancellation policy said no refunds under any circumstances. Book your own exqursions before you go and always pay in Turkish Lira. Another thing I noticed was they always wanted you to pay in euro, dollar or pound and got upset when you actually wanted to pay in Lira. We noticed this and then they proceeded to over charge us to make up for the loss they'd make in Lira. Overall, I will never book with this hotel again. I'm not one for leaving reviews as I am a very tolerable person, easy going but this was one of the worst places I've been to and I've stayed in hostels. Not worth the money. Many guests and recent visitors also agreed and if you're reading this - yes it is that bad. AVOID AVOID AVOID. if you've already booked this hotel, cancel and switch.

Whilst we were there a man who was staying with his partner and IF YOU ARE ENGLISH DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!! Whilst we were there a man who was staying with his partner and 1 year old baby was attacked by 15 members of staff in front of families and children. How he wasn’t killed I will never no! 5 out the 7 nights we were there the goings on was horrendous at night! The hotel is filthy the pictures on here are true! Everything is falling apart! We were told there was an indoor heated poor for use in November. Turns out it’s been closed for yrs! Food in Bistro was ok but the only choice was 2 flavours of pizza, pasta with sauce and chicken burgers which weren’t the best! And chips. Unless you are going to eat them for breakfast lunch and dinner you’re going to struggle! A couple of times we were told no chips yet they were serving other nationalities chips!! One day we asked for 3 bowls of chips to be told no you can have 2! There were 3 of us so wasn’t asking for any extra only for 2 foreign men to sit down at the table at the side of us to be served 4 pizzas between them 2 bowls of chips and 2 bowls of soup with bread! When we complained we were told to go away! We eat out mostly after that. I couldn’t stomach the food and service anymore plus people were becoming ill from the food. English were definitely treated as second class citizens!!! The staff are horrible and most need sacking! Their behaviour is appalling I did not feel safe in this hotel at all! NO WAY IS THIS HOTEL 5* I would say at best 2*. Even the local businesses in the area said why did you go to that hotel it’s the worst in the area! Now that’s saying something! Never stayed at a hotel before were I didn’t feel welcome!
