Everything about Ikos Porto petro is fantastic and fabulous !!! It has been our favourite holiday. Our first time in an Ikos resort and we have absolutely loved it ! It is a very special place with amazing views from every area of the resort, meaning that every day is filled with delightful moments, leaving us with beautiful memories ❤️.
The service provided by the staff was second to none, and of the highest standard. All staff were particularly friendly and helpful. We were greeted by Rosa who was lovely and welcoming, and remained smiley and friendly throughout our stay. Rosa even came to say goodbye as we were leaving. This was a general theme, with staff making you feel special at all times. We were even given a personal concierge, Agapi, which was a really lovely touch and something we haven't experienced on holiday before. Agapi was amazing, taking the time to track us down to make sure all was well with our stay, and offer helpful advice and friendly chats. Victor also went above and beyond in transporting us and our luggage to and from our rooms. A really lovely gentleman. We were looked after extremely well around the pool areas, and would particularly like to thank Mariana, a very sweet young lady, and Nazif, the most pleasant young man I've ever met ! All staff seemed really happy in their work which says a lot. Most probably due to the amazing atmosphere and vibe that immediately becomes apparent on arrival. That is one of relaxation, happiness and positive wellbeing in an idyllic, calm and tranquil mediterranean paradise 🥰. We would definitely recommend this holiday to others and would love to return ourselves.
The only negative point for us as a family was the lack of a football pitch, as our 13 year old son loves playing football on holiday. It is a really important feature for him. We did enjoy paddle boarding, jet skiing, swimming in pools and the sea, aquafit, tennis, table tennis and bikes, whilst not getting chance to do some of the other activities on offer. 10/10 ⭐️❤️

This hotel overall was excellent. The customer service, food, facilities and room met all our expectations and a Tesla for the day is a great touch. A sign of an excellent hotel is how well they do the simple things like pool side service. Not only was it prompt, itThis hotel overall was excellent. We were served by Felix and Shuba and we couldn't praise them both enough for being so attentive to us. We will be back.

It was an amazing experience. Our stay was magical. The resort, food and decoration were too notch. My son used kids club several time. It has many attractive activities for kids. We stayed at Deluxe suites which I highly recommended. Zoe helped us with dinner reservations and all information weIt was an amazing experience. Our stay was magical. Also great quality of the food and drinks!
I recommend making reservations for the restaurants and the spa in advance. The spa was wonderful and impeccably clean, offering a wide variety of services. Additionally, the kids club was a hit with our son, who spent most of his time there. The staff at the kids club were amazing, providing a wide range of activities.
We also took advantage of the Tesla car rental offer to explore the city, which I highly recommend.

Amazing stay at IKOS PORTO PETRO resort
We have booked 6 nights at the new IKOS resort in Mallorca at the end of July 2024 and were very curious how it would compare to the IKOS DASSIA, IKOS ODISEA Corfu and IKOS ARIA resorts in KOS which we have also visitedAmazing stay at IKOS PORTO PETRO resort
We have booked 6 nights at the new IKOS resort in Mallorca at the end of July 2024 and were very curious how it would compare to the IKOS DASSIA, IKOS ODISEA Corfu and IKOS ARIA resorts in KOS which we have also visited in the past 2 years.
Above all, thanks to the excellent service and personal approach of both nice and friendly people, Alexandros and Anastasia, our stay here in Porto Petro was unforgettable.
It all started before the stay, when Alexandros recommended and arranged for us
villa No. 2007 exactly according to our requirements, i.e. quiet, without distractions and with a wonderful view of the cliffs and the bay. All organization of transport from the airport and check-in at the hotel went exactly according to the schedule and very smoothly. We weren't even a minute late and soon (30 minutes before regular check-in) we were already accommodated in our villa. Alexandros very kindly and openly introduced us to the resort and all the activities as well as the facilities and possibilities in the villa.
The villa equipment, furniture, pool, including all technical equipment was at the highest level, and above all, everything was perfectly functional.
Communication was set up by Alexandros via Whats-App which was very
practical and perfectly organized. He was able to arrange everything according to our wishes, cleaning the villa, reservations at restaurants, renting a Tesla car, etc.
Restaurants, bars, sports fields and beaches were again of a high standard, as we have come to expect from IKOS resorts. Great!
Due to the large scale of the resort and the individual restaurants and beaches, we also used the club car service. Here we have to praise the perfect organization and punctuality!
We really enjoyed our stay, and above all I want to highlight the personal commitment of Alexandros and Anastasia, when we did not have to deal with any collision situations and we could rely on these nice people in everything.
They both prepared a great experience and surprise for us on the last day of our stay in the form of "floating" refreshments and a bottle of Champagne, which we really enjoyed in our pool!
We would like to thank both Alexandros and Anastasia for their willingness and excellent service, and I hope to see you again in the near future.
We also thank the entire team of the IKOS PORTO PETRO resort for a wonderful stay!
