Had a lovely time in solana hotel and spa. The Service and staff were excellent as well as the facilities. The food was delicious, room service was very fresh and tasted as good as the restaurant all for a very very good price. the rooms are immaculate and are servicedHad a lovely time in solana hotel and spa. Good hotel, but still a disappointment.

Disappointed with some of the staff; they do nothing to ensure that the behavior of other guests doesn't disturb the peace of the guests. The hotel in general is a good hotel, whit good facilities. The hotel in general is a good hotel, whit good facilities. In the room next to us, they were noisy every night until midnight or even later. They had parties, listened to loud music, and shouted. We reported it to the reception every time, but unfortunately, the noise repeated every night. This was our second time at the hotel (we were here two years ago). Unfortunately, I have to say that we may not come back again. We didn’t receive anything in return for the inconveniences, not even an apology.At the pool, there was a small number of tired and inattentive staff. The cocktails served during happy hour were of poor quality, and often what you ordered wasn't available anymore because they had run out of ingredients.
We always left a card so that the air conditioning would run during the day and we wouldn't have to cool the room at night. They always took it out for the sake of saving energy.

This hotel really ticked all the right boxes
Friendly staff in all departments,the lobby , restaurants and rooms were all kept beautifully clean and the air conditioning superb in the bedroom which was individually controlled.
