We are recently returned from another wonderful holiday at Mino's imperial beach hotel we feel thoroughly at home from the moment we arrived a receive a warm welcome from the reception team .the staff are exceptional in their friendly and helpful manner specially marina at the payot bar because of her we extended our stay the vibes at the payot bar was so cool .......her energy enthusiasm and attention to detail was an experience indeed.also a mention to to evening italian favourites under the management of shammer and jasmeen ,was excellent and setting stunning thang you all fully recommended!

We recently enjoyed a truly beautiful holiday at this seaside destination. We had booked a sea view room, which provided us with stunning views throughout our stay. Though the rooms are slightly outdated, they retain a certain charm and beauty that added to our experience.What stood out the most was the exceptional service from some of the staff members. From the moment we arrived, Sofia greeted us with an amazing welcome. She is an absolute gem with excellent people skills and a delightful personality, making us feel right at home. Sofia was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.Another highlight was our experience at the spa. Georgia, who boomed our deep tissue package, was both highly professional and very approachable. My sister and I found the treatment to be worth every penny, thanks to her skilled and caring approach.The bar also became one of our favorite spots, thanks to the lovely Marina. Her warm demeanor and excellent service made our evenings all the more enjoyable.Overall, we had a fantastic holiday. The views was beautiful, and the staff made it a very beautiful experience.
