This hotel is just gorgeous. I have just got back from a girly trip with my mum & we had a fabulous time , we received amazing service and got to see the most beautiful views. The staff couldn't do more for you, they are so attentive and friendlyThis hotel is just gorgeous. The staff couldn't do more for you, they are so attentive and friendly , I felt so at home. They go out of their way to make sure you are ok & they are so kind& their smiles make you smile. The hotel is just beautiful & is kept so clean, their entertainment team is so fun and the effort that goes into the evening entertainment is admirable. The Moroccan restaurant at the hotel was also amazing and a great experience. The food is a good variety, as a fussy eater I had no problems and enjoyed all the food in all 3 restaurants. I couldn't fault this holiday , I could go on and on . We will definitely be coming back, already in planning. Would 100% recommend. Thank you so much x

So rare to find a hotel that lives up to the hype.
As a couple of well travelled oldies, experience counts.
First the welcoming staff. Nothing too much trouble, always with a smile or a laugh.
It just makes you feel good. The site is on a grand scale with pools galore includingSo rare to find a hotel that lives up to the hype.

First the welcoming staff. Nothing too much trouble, always with a smile or a laugh.
It just makes you feel good. The site is on a grand scale with pools galore including 3 super hot tubs. I miss them already. My usual beef is not enough sunshades. Even in November 30 deg heat, you need one. Here, no issue, indeed plenty of choice. Some can even be reserved although we didn't see the need.
The main buffet restaurant offered both inside and outside seating, and catered for a wide variety of tastes. Everything clearly labelled and with allergy advice. Again nothing too much trouble. A word with the chef brought a genuine wish to please and protect. It was much appreciated. The staff were busy, busy but always had time for a smile or a kind word. Shout out to Brahim and Saleem. So many names to thank, so little time.However I must include Mustapha who looked after our high floor room. Everything always ship-shape and clean. Again much appreciated.
Special notes: The Wifi is free and boosters everywhere with a strong signal.
The outside pools were for us a bit chilly but the indoor pool can only be described as heaven. Many of the guests we talked to missed it. What a shame.
Summary. Like Arnold...we'll be back!!

Back from a lovely stay .. we found the hotel very relaxed , nice room , very quiet (love quiet) comfy bed . Staff were fabulous and friendly. Food was very good (for A/i) .pools not heated , but spotless and refreshing. Views on the front (beach/sea) are beautiful ..we dont do late or entertainment, but seemed like there was always something going on , but they weren’t pushy and the team were always friendly..
Not so good bits .. a struggle to get a drink o/s (especially between 1600/1800) and inside between 1900 /2000.. swim up pool (room) is a paddling pool not a swim up.. beach bar should open until 2200 every night or at least 3 nights a week , not when they felt like it (twice in 2 weeks).. petty but easily resolved..
So if you want a week or two of R/R and a good standard of A/I this place is spot on!

What can I say. Except thank you for a wonderful week. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The hotel is so clean everywhere. The food; you couldn’t go into any restaurant and not find a delicious meal. The entertainment was exceptional especially on Halloween. There are activities if youWhat can I say. The entertainment was exceptional especially on Halloween. There are activities if you want. Or just relax, swim, jacuzzis, the beach is right there to stroll along walk or swim in the sea. One suggestion is there should be tip box. How can you pick one waiter/waitress, one bar staff, one cleaner, one entertainer, one receptionist to tip they are all so professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you again. I will come back and I don’t usually go back anywhere as the world is such a big place. I would feel very safe and sure I’d be made welcome even going on my own.

We have just spent a week at the White Beach and had a really nice time. Due to some of the previous reviews, we had some reservations, so were pleasantly surprised overall! We are self- confessed hotel snobs, so have high expectations, but here is our honest assessment:
Pros

Pros
-Gorgeous Lobby and hotel grounds, pools etc always immaculate
- Rooms are well finished with nice lighting and furnishing
- Staff super friendly
- Swim up room amazing and had the sun all day
-Amazing sunsets
-Great trip to Agadir booked via Abdul in reception
Cons
-Alcohol not great, local spirits unless you pay and no low sugar mixers
- Buffet repetitive and lack of a la carte, which is normal for 5*
- Food not clearly labelled so a challenge if you have allergies
- Slow service and long queues at the bar
- Maid service slow(room never cleaned before 5pm)
-Entertainment in the evening could have been better. Whilst team are lovely, having external singers etc come in would be really add to it.
Overall would recommend if you want a quiet, chilled week and are happy to queue for your food and drinks.
