Style over substance in a beautiful location. Not up there with the best 5 stars in Europe.

Firstly the good, this hotel is beautiful the rooms and design of the resort (away from the lobby and main buffet restaurant) are top class. We had a sea view family room with shared pool and it was lovely.
Beach-This is fab and sandy with lovely beds and views!

Pools- The slides were great for our kids and they really enjoyed them. The main pool is mostly 3 metres deep which considering the number of families is very odd. It leads to people gathering around the steps of this big nice pool. The lifeguards also aren’t the most focussed tbh.
Food-This was ok for a 5 star resort. I’ve had better and far worse. The biggest frustration was cold food in the steak house, cold food when the BBQ shack was busy and the Asian was pretty bland. The other thing was the wait. Regular 15 minute wait standing waiting for crepes, ice cream and bbq. The bar was normally quicker but around 10mins by the pool.
Drinks-These were fine overall.
Kids club-The activities were good but the staff could just do with a bit of life. Our girls need a bit of warming up and they weren’t very welcoming but very helpful when they were asked.
Entertainment-Kids loved it and couldn’t fault it.
Gym-Big disappoint. No machines (weights or cardio). This was a big let down for a 5 star hotel.
In summary the hotel looks the part in most places but the service and some of the facilities don’t hit the mark.

Amaizng hotel, super nice Staff, everything on a premium level, delecious food in each restaurant, beautiful shows each evening, big hotel but we had our privacy on the pool/beach. The best hotel I've been to recently. Beautiful, bright and clean rooms. Very nice and helpful staff. Delicious food and lots of attractions, everyone will find something for themselves. Usually I don't leave any comments after my holiday, but Mitsis Rinela is really worth it!
I had amazing time with my loved once and I'm really grateful 🙏
Starting from having a beautiful room with sea view, the hotel is really great!

This was an amazing week ,first off the welcome drinks and the waitress Konstantina was so kind and gentle.First i did when i left the staff on my room was gettin a drink which was outstanding experience too when u see a menu which has around 70 cocktails including theirThis was an amazing week ,first off the welcome drinks and the waitress Konstantina was so kind and gentle.First i did when i left the staff on my room was gettin a drink which was outstanding experience too when u see a menu which has around 70 cocktails including their awesome non alcoholic signature cocktails Raphaella and Michalis on the main bar are the dawgs, awesome food maria was very helpful whenever i asked for instructions thank u all for the awesome week🤝
