They are unaware of how to handle allergies or intolerances! My daughter was dreadfully poorly as she ate from the main buffet after we had specifically told them she has a gluten intolerance. They informed her she could eat certain food types as they did not contain gluten but they were not aware of how the cook gluten-free food properly. They were frying eggs on the same griddle as the pancakes so cross-contamination was atrocious. We spent the next few nights avoiding the hotel dinners as we could not risk her being poorly again. We had to taxi into Kos every night and pay for dinners. So much for all-inclusive. This really was a shocking service that cost us a lot more money than we thought we would have to spend. If my daughter were coeliac she would have been in hospital now we would not be so easy on the hotel but you need to train your staff on how to handle intolerances and allergies. The pool was so cold no one was in it at all. I understand the pool is not heated in the summer but when the weather changes surely you can heat the pool so people are able to use it. Also, do not go this time of year - there was quite a bit shut (bars and restaurants) they had run out of some alcohol and weren't willing to replace it and the buffet itself had very little choice on it. We had to move to Aqualand for the last night as the Panorama was closed and this hotel buffet was so much larger with a good choice of food and they were aware of how to handle intolerances. So if the hotel is still open it should be able to offer everything we were informed there should be. Don't close areas down before the clients have left it felt like we were not wanted at the hotel!

We went away for 10 days to KOS for our anniversary and were looking forward to it. I received a call two days before our trip to inform us that we had been moved to a different hotel and upgraded to all-inclusive plus. Our room was dark, and half of it was unusable due to the lack of a window or TV, which we thought was strange for a suite. However, the self-service buffet and a few other amenities brought us back to reality. We complained, and I’m pleased to say we were moved to room 505, which had a lovely sea view and was bright and airy. The restaurant, The Triton, was the only place we ate after that. The food and service there felt like a different hotel. The evening bar staff were fantastic, especially Zanita, who always had a smile. The manageress was quick to resolve our issues and was extremely understanding and nice. We received a cake and a bottle of wine, along with brilliant weather. This hotel could be outstanding if updated.
