I do not recommend the hotel because of the very poor food: the same every day, no seasonal fruit (such as mango, watermelon), black bananas, just like moldy oranges and apples. Grapes served maybe twice a week. The service, from the reception to the cleaning staff - TRAGEDY. Our holiday was saved by Mr. Salah, who is the Front Desk Manager. He replaced our room on the 6th floor, which smelled of urine and cigarettes, with a villa. Rooms are cleaned with dirty rags, the air conditioning is covered with dust and is very noisy. Sometimes it only works at 30 degrees regime. The men in the main restaurant should be replaced - from the kitchen to the waiters. Anything, with kindness, with the great grace of bringing you water or diluted wine. Kitchen - "reheated cutlets" every day, salads - everything is cut up and you have to compose it yourself, pouring sauces from who knows what. There is practically nothing for children to eat. My child constantly ate cereal. Sausages or hams are impossible to swallow. We ate rice, sometimes pasta, cucumbers (which, as you can see, have been cut up for several days now), and some fruit. The rest was not fit to eat, there was no choice of meat; a very specific fish. We used a voucher in an Italian restaurant - only pizza is suitable for eating, which is in contrast to the entire menu, which lacks flavor and flair. Misinformation regarding the opening hours of food courts, cheating prices for ice cream - there are no prices and they charge you a dollar or two for a scoop of ice cream, depending on their mood. Everyone is cheating on this occasion. The animations are very mediocre, the kids club has probably not been serviced for several seasons. The playground and all swimming pools close at 6 p.m. with a loud shout of lifeguards saying "go home". I really wanted to leave and not come back. The pier closes at 6 p.m. the same. The only advantages are a beautiful reef, a shallow sea that is warm as soup in the evenings, and beautiful sunsets. Next time, if I had to choose this location, it would only be Tropitel or the more expensive Baron from the competition. It's a waste of time and money for such a "service", there are really better hotels. I would only go back if I found out that the entire staff had been replaced and the food had improved.
