Great location, incredibly clean, large and spacious room. Perfectly located between the Jewish quarter and the old town with lots of amenities, cafes, restaurants and bars within close proximity. The bus to/from the airport is a short 10 minute walk along the street to the bridge. Staff were very good.Great location, incredibly clean, large and spacious room. My only criticism would be that the rooms were pretty cold and there was no mechanism to turn up the heat. I would however stay here again

Great place to stay. We called a Bolt from the airport and the transfer was £9. Our room was spacious and very quiet. Great location between the old town and Jewish quarter. My only slight gripe is each day the buns were emptied but the beds were only made everyGreat place to stay. We called a Bolt from the airport and the transfer was £9. The tea was not replaced each day and we had no fresh water just an empty bottle. Overall would recommend.

This hotel was absolutely lovely. Faultless. The hotel itself is about 5-10 minute walk to the main town in Krakow and is easily accessible for tours. The beds are extremely comfortable. No faults whatsoever with sleep or location. Aircon worked amazingly well in the Polish summer heat and I foundThis hotel was absolutely lovely. Faultless. Aircon worked amazingly well in the Polish summer heat and I found sometimes that it was way too cold after a while so ended up switching it off We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but it seemed really good value from what was advertised. You could sometimes smell the food in the mornings and it smelt pleasant. The hotel was always very clean and tidy. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. We were given a map on our first day and it helped locating main locations which was ideal for our trip. 100% would stay here again.

We were meant to be at another hotel in the area which was affected by the recent floods so at the last minute we were placed in MR67 . At the reception was a beautiful friendly girl called Aleksandra who was delightful with a great personality. At the reception was a beautiful friendly girl called Aleksandra who was delightful with a great personality. She couldn't have been more helpful. We had a slight issue with our room which was dealt with by Wladyslaw, one of the managers in the establishment. A very gentle manner and a lovely young man also. The hotel is ideally located for sightseeing trips and surrounded by bars and restaurants. If we return to Krakow again we would book here without hesitation. Thanks again Aleksandra and Wladyslaw .

Nice hotel in a good location for exploring krakow. Check in and out speedy. Quiet. Rooms spacious and great for families. Breakfast fresh and plenty of choice. Beds comfortable.
