Great apartment, plenty of space in the room for 2 friends sharing allowing privacy and space.

Hotel is in a good location very short walk to plenty bars and restaurants in the Jewish quarter area and is a short taxi to the main square in kracov which I would recommend using bolt as its very cheap

Few things that would hav been better there isn't anywhere like a lobby or room u can wait in when you have checked out just 2 seats in hallway and the lighting in the rooms was a bit dim but apart from that i can't find any faults

This hotel is superb! It should be 5 star.
Breakfast is excellent with a selection of a la carte dishes to compliment the buffet, rooms are spacious and very comfortable and include a safety deposit box, good Wi-Fi is also free.

Ideally situated between the Jewish quarter and old town, making it a short walk to either.
Reception staff were excellent as were the room cleaning staff.
I honestly cannot think of a down side to this hotel, if you’re visiting Krakow stay here!😊

Clean and comfortable - however, as a couple in their 60s we like to come back to watch a bit of TV after a meal out - no British channels apart from a France news channel in English .

We stayed here for 4 nights, with the breakfast option and chose this hotel after doing lots of research and based on the reviews here.

Firstly, location is good, right by the Jewish quarter, which we loved, with its bohemian vibe, but still only a 10mins walk to main square.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Now for the not so good.
Beds consisted of two single beds pushed together, extremely uncomfortable, as were the pillows, with two single duvet covers to sleep under, totally inadequate.
Asked for pillow protectors to be changed, when discovered as stained, these were replaced by yet more stained protectors.
Reported a bulb that was flashing in the sitting area, discovered a bulb not working in the bedroom area too that ceased to work, neither were replaced during our stay. The towels on offer, when we arrived were threadbare.
Breakfast on the first day was a real disappointment, not what was advertised, with very little choice. So much so, we didn’t bother with it on our second morning, it did improve vastly latterly, maybe because there were more guests staying?
Overall, a disappointing experience for us. Loved Krakow, it is a beautiful city, with stunning architecture to see, but we wouldn’t return time this hotel.
