A great hotel and a great find.

Booked this through a web portal. We dont know Turin so went for something that was reasonably central and a reasonable price; this hotel hit the spot. It's just around the corner from the main rail station and a 5-10 minute walk from the Via Roma. The hotel is secure and our room was clean, tidy and functional with plenty of towels and tea and coffee making facilities and a TV. The staff were all freindly and the reception is staffed 24/7; all of the staff spoke English. We had breakfast on two mornings (the usual continental stuff) and it was OK but we preferred to get up and got out for something to eat. The hotel is close to the main train station and a Metro station and to the via Roma for shopping.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was loaded with choice, the beds were comfortable and the rooms are equipped with everything you need. Just a stones throw from Turin Porta Nuova it’s hidden away but perfectly situated for eating out and exploring. However the staff are what really makes this hotel! Every time we had a question, query or request (which was often) they were more than happy to answer or accommodate us! Thanks so much to the staff for making us feel so welcome and safe! You made our trip the best! If we ever visit Turin again we will be staying here!

Amazing hotel, very clean and very close to the Porta Nuova station (within walking distance). All of the receptionists are extremely well-mannered and helpful. The breakfast is really good too (the food in Italy is always amazing, even in its simplest form). Went in January 2024 and the rooms were nice and cosy in the few cold days we spent there.

Good Location, parking available but make sure you book in advance ! Clean rooms , avoid back / garden view as looks like Bangladesh! I can’t not recommend any restaurants around as we did not like any of them and food was very simple ! I am disappointed from this town as food was bad and we visit good restaurants! Coffee and breakfasts is amazing in cafes . Staff at hotel very friendly, only bad point was that they didn’t let me take car 2h after check in as they have bookings … however I needed parking till 1pm and them check in is at 15pm .. basically not true info from them but hey 👋 if you pay they let you park of course as is all about money always ! We usually stay at minimum 4 star hotels and I never been in 3 star , so was strange .. but was actually ok hotel and I am surprised that was even better then I thought! Will recommend it . Bad points in area : There is the usual noise around station around and room are not well sound proofed, so when neighbours do toilet or something else you will know :)

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff. Our room was gorgeous, brand new with a tupd of walnut interior. Absolutely spotless, we had everything we needed and the staff left us a little bed and food bowl for our dog, adorable touch! We had of lovely view of the surrounding Italian roof top gardens which came alive with colour after a short torrent of rain. Torino people are very open and friendly and so were the staff at the hotel who were very patient, kind and efficient. The hotel is very close to the train station which has some amazing decor and is only a short 20 minute walk to the centre. We will stay here again for our next visit to Torino. I fell in love with the city and the people so we will be back!
