Great stay amazing staff, just be wary if you’re a light sleeper

Stayed here for 9 nights and they have some of the nicest hotel staff we’ve ever come across - Jordan and Alina in particular were lovely, so friendly and fun to chat with! They’re actually the main reason we’ve decided to leave a review as they made our stay much more enjoyable :) Decent location, the restaurant food was good but the cafe in particular was our favourite. We returned for pastries, chia pudding and coffees multiple times during our stay, they were that good - perfect for quick bites before our adventure days too. We didn’t find car parking an issue at all, it’s paid in front of the hotel but it’s super cheap anyway and the free car park is not even a 3 minute walk away, really easy. The only downside was the noise and lack of sound insulation - you could hear everything through the walls and window including the housekeepers and people arriving into their rooms at all times through the night and day. There’s also a house being built right across the road at the front, which woke us up earlier than needed every morning (not Grandis fault of course, but still not what you want while on vacation) so we had to switch rooms on night 5 as we hadn’t slept properly since we arrived Was much better on the other side of the hotel since we couldn’t hear the street noise anymore, but unfortunately we could still hear from all adjacent rooms that disturbed and woke us anyway. This was quite a turn off for us since we’re heavy sleepers and with travel exhaustion we were extra tired too, so you can imagine how loud the noises were to consistently wake us. To finish on a positive note though as everything else was perfect, the spa was really nice and unique and cheap with an open ceiling feature :)

Fantastic hotel,incredible front desk team Alina,Ewa, Elinor, Oguzhan, Ausra and Clara,they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. A special thank's to Jokull and Mikaela from management team,who ensured every aspect od the hotel was top- noch. Rooms were modern,clean and thoughtfully design. Restoran staff was exceptional withFantastic hotel,incredible front desk team Alina,Ewa, Elinor, Oguzhan, Ausra and Clara,they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. A special thank's to Jokull and Mikaela from management team,who ensured every aspect od the hotel was top- noch. Rooms were modern,clean and thoughtfully design. Restoran staff was exceptional with Marek as a lead waiter. I highly recommend this hotel for enyone looking to have a memorable stay im Island.
