Great Base to Explore Copenhagen!

Perfect location as your just a short walk from Copenhagen Central Station, close to all the good restaurants in Vesterbro but also just a 20 min walk to the city centre (or few mins on public transport).
Staff are very friendly and happy to help if you need anything.

The room we stayed in was fine and did the job, shower was good and the beds were comfy. Only issue we had was that there was no fridge nor anyway to make a drink.
Overall, I’d recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen.

Great location and good value for money

Our visit was part of a travel deal and we were very pleasantly surprised . The location is handy for the train and metro, close to some great restaurants, coffee shops and bars.
Rooms are clean and comfortable very simple furnishings suited us fine .

The staff on reception are exceptional , nothing was too much trouble - on checkout day I wanted to attend parkrun - the staff helped me in finding the location , transport tickets and a potential late check out which in the end I didn’t need
Would happily return - next time we would choose the breakfast option too . Thank you

Welcoming staff and lovely decor and sitting areas but the rooms need refurbishing

This hotel was a contradiction. Lovely lobby and sitting areas with great decor, lots of gorgeous Danish furniture and design. The staff were great - friendly, helpful and laid back, and there was a. nice outside area to sit in the sun when it came out. Our room seemedThis hotel was a contradiction. Our room seemed to contradict the style and decor of the rest. of the hotel, though. It was dark and corporate, but lacked a kettle, proper ventilation in the bathroom, which meant after a hot shower you couldn't look in the mirror for about twenty minutes because it was steamed up! When, after a day of walking I wanted a hot shower, the water was lukewarm, which was not really acceptable after we'd paid for such a basic facility - there should be constant hot water. It was also a cramped room, with the bed taking up too much space and the dark carpet and walls were gloomy. It seems like while the frontage of the. hotel was refurbed (to lovely effect) the rooms have been left as they were under the old ownership (possibly?). That all sounds negative, but we did enjoy our stay and with just fixes to the rooms (brightening them up, putting in nicer furniture, and a kettle so us Brits can have a nice cup of tea, and addressing the bathroom situation) it would be gorgeous. Top marks to the staff, who were unfailingly lovely and warm.

Our room was of a high standard.
Breakfast in the morning was perfect with lots of choice.
Staff in the breakfast room were super friendly and helpful.
Staff in the reception area were pleasant and efficient.
Also bike hire available for a reasonable price.
Perfect place to stay and certainly value for money.Our room was of a high standard.

Good but can be better with small fixes

Room was not as described, room was classed as a ‘modest double’ the bed was too small and crammed into a corner with just a mattress topper and two small duvets, only way onto it was to crawl from the end, luckily we were okay as a couple in ourRoom was not as described, room was classed as a ‘modest double’ the bed was too small and crammed into a corner with just a mattress topper and two small duvets, only way onto it was to crawl from the end, luckily we were okay as a couple in our twenties but people with mobility issues may struggle
The bathroom was okay but we came into a dirty toilet and half a toilet roll, raised doubts as to whether this was cleaned before the previous guests, there was no extraction fan meaning we had to leave the windows open to avoid a damp smell,
Location is great with a half an hour walk to the local attractions whilst also being a stones throw from the train station,
I feel with a better room choice this could have easily have been a 4/5 or 5/5 review, however the pictures on the overview were different to the room given
