Great service by Sayeed Mozammal and the housekeeping team on floor 20, who were always polite, friendly and carried out their service to a high standard.
Lovely hotel, great facilities and choice of restaurants - really enjoyed the stay.

A wonderful stay at the Jumeriah Beach Hotel!!

We had a fantastic holiday and the hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and the view from the 14th floor was amazing. The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The staff on the beach were brilliant and the two chaps (Mahadi & Jahangir) who looked

The staff on the beach were brilliant and the two chaps (Mahadi & Jahangir) who looked after our room were amazing; we had a few towel animals made for us whilst on holiday, which was a lovely touch. Hopefully be back soon!

This was our third stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and it had its pros and cons.
Despite informing the hotel that our check-in would be late, around 5 PM, there was no one at the Club Lounge to assist us. After waiting for quite some time, a receptionist finally attended to
This was our third stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and it had its pros and cons.
Despite informing the hotel that our check-in would be late, around 5 PM, there was no one at the Club Lounge to assist us. After waiting for quite some time, a receptionist finally attended to us and escorted us to our room. To our surprise, the room only had one large bed, although our reservation was for three adults and one child.
Such oversights are not expected from a five-star hotel. Despite the late check-in, the room was not prepared as per our reservation. We returned to reception, where we found someone in the Club Lounge this time, and were assigned a different room. However, we were again taken aback when our child noticed the shower was mouldy.
After a call to reception, we were contacted by Santosh Kumar, the Assistant Housekeeper Manager. Thankfully, Jumeirah Beach Hotel has professionals like him who can manage these incidents, which should not occur at a five-star hotel within the Jumeirah chain. We were moved to another room, and he ensured everything was excellent from then on.
Our sincere appreciation goes to your Assistant Housekeeper Manager, Santosh Kumar. He went above and beyond his duties to make our stay better from that point on, even earning praise from our seven-year-old son who mentioned how grateful he was for Mr. Kumar's presence.
A hotel like Jumeirah Beach Hotel should not let loyal customers, Gold Members (or any customer, for that matter) experience such issues at check-in. As a result, we could not rest until late at night and had to pack and unpack for four people twice.
Additionally, we would like to recommend the staff at the Club Lounge pool area, who welcome us with their best smiles every year.

Amazing hotel and the service, especially special thanks to Mr Wesam.
We as a family with small kids really enjoyed all arounds the hotel, pools, playgrounds, and closeness to the beach.
Highly recommended for the families with small and bigger kids.
