A wonderful experience! Food, drinks, atmosphere and the service and staff are incredible!
Glorious weather and the team cannot do enough to help and advise. The gym is wonderful as are the extra classes and water sports. Amazing use of the shuttle bus and the free passes into Atlantis are amazing.A wonderful experience! Food, drinks, atmosphere and the service and staff are incredible!

Amazing use of the shuttle bus and the free passes into Atlantis are amazing. Such good value for money. A wonderful trip and we cannot wait to visit again. The only little bit of feedback is that the sofa beds are very uncomfortable, they beds incredible and we wanted to take home. Hotel room is also very spacious and the housekeeping was excellent.

It was our family reunion my parents and brother flew from UK and myself stay in UAE. we checked In was given very nice refurbished room. The staff is amazing the food quality is well maintained. Only the issue we had with an Ala carte Bookings which was solved byIt was our family reunion my parents and brother flew from UK and myself stay in UAE. we checked In was given very nice refurbished room. The staff is amazing the food quality is well maintained. Only the issue we had with an Ala carte Bookings which was solved by a Manager always with cool glasses with a Latino looks (Usman). He made us feel at home after we interacted with him. Would also like to highlight the staff at lobby lounge, they are amazing especially the girls. We will be defiantly back again.

This is a superb family holiday destination. The service is next level. Totally luxurious and nothing is too much trouble for the staff, particularly from Zaynah & Hazem who went out of their way for us. Food, drinks and entertainment were excellent!! It was our first time at the Rixos Dubai and from the moment we arrived everything was first class
The staff could not do enough for us
I am at present have limited mobility and they were so good to me everywhere was no trouble
All the restaurants were fabulous

Special thanks to Wilson who is at the breeze bar/kid pool everyday he would make sure are Sun loungers were set out for us and all through the day he took care of us
Wilson would also when we were ready to go to our room push me back up in the wheelchair as my husband also has trouble walking
Thanks also to mecaella in patisserie who served us in the morning such a lovely girl very polite and cheerful
To sum up we will definitely be coming back can’t wait to book our next stay

A little disappointing

Dated, dark and in need of modernisation.
Family or 2 adults and 2 children.
Wasn’t wow’d by the appearance on the drive up to the resort, unlike many others we’ve stayed in.
Asked at reception for any upgrades , reception unfriendly, and didn’t ever come back to me regarding anDated, dark and in need of modernisation.

Main restaurant, can’t fault food, but the decor is again dark and in need of modernisation.
Cabana beds around the pool are mostly shaded, could be doing with better use of the land.
One bar person at the swim up bar meant the speed was slow.
We also had a cake and sparking grape juice sent to the room, a week early for my sons birthday, not quite the attention to detail were used too.. also on return from dinner. There was no turn down service and the sparkling grape juice and cake weren’t cleared away. These things we notice as were used to the care and attention we’ve had in other hotels in Dubai. Would I return, highly unlikely.
