The family-friendly beach hotel is located on a main road (with links to the public transport network on the road) but within 200 m of the beach. The hotel is close to Konakli, a small town where there are shops, bars, nightlife and restaurants to be found. The large tourist resort of Alanya is just 11 km away and has many attractions to visit, including a colourful weekly market and Alanya Castle. Damlataş Caves are around 11 km from the beach hotel and Antalya Airport is approximately 110 km away.

Not luxury, but good hotel

Whoever wants a very luxurious hotel do not come here. This hotel is simple but still very good. In June i booked 3 rooms for our family holiday and unfortunately i read a lot of bad reviews after booking which made me scared for the holiday. In June i booked 3 rooms for our family holiday and unfortunately i read a lot of bad reviews after booking which made me scared for the holiday. Fortunately, we found most things to be okay, it is visible that the hotels team have learned from the bad reviews and changed up. The hotel is very clean, they cleaned our rooms daily and we received clean towels. The hotel rooms are a reasonable size and have balconies. The food selection is not that large, however everyday it is new and delicious food. I feel like the only food that needs changing is desserts as they are all pudding based. There are two pools, one big and one small, unfortunately there are no slides. Other than this there are shops, hairdressers and turkish hamam available which was amazing. The hotels private piece is about a 5 minute walk, the beach has food and drinks but not a big selection. The beach has rocks and inside the water there are more so i recommend shoes. Whilst we were there the sea had very big waves. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and lovely. The downsides of this hotel- The wifi is very weak and not available at the beach. Our bathroom had a shower which was like a wet room making everything soaked. Most of the music was only Russian and Polish. The snack bar has horrible and cold food. Non of the fruit are fresh nor have any taste. The night shows were alright however during the day there were no activities nor animators. There are many shops near the hotel but no centre. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend to anyone who would prefer a more simple hotel.

This hotel is nice, but not 5 star. It is clean, the cleaners came every day. There are three pools, one is huge and lively, a smaller quieter one and then a children's one. Reception staff were super helpful and accommodating, they couldn't have done more.
The food - the first two days we were like "what is going on" but after that it improved. There wasn't tons of variety (other than the salads which were amazing) but it was very nice.
The drinks- we were all inclusive and only really drank cocktails and soft drinks. The cocktails were nice depending who served you, sometimes they were served in nice glasses with pretty straws and made to look colourful, other times they were just dumped in a standard glass and handed over, not even mixed properly.
Our rep, Murat was very nice but slightly pushy with the excursions. You're very much guilt tripped into attending the meeting which shouldn't be the case, some people go on holiday purely to relax and have no interest in excursions. We arrived at 2am ish and were woken at 8 via phone call to attend, which when we didn't he basically said he doesn't understand why people can't make the effort, as he travels here to see guests but they don't always show up, but they call him when they have an issue. Maybe because you're the rep?
We were a group of 7 and were hassled continously throughout the day to buy photos, massages etc. The massage man - we said we wanted a massage but weren't sure when as it was the first day. He basically put words into our mouths and booked us an appointment for the following day, which obviously we didn't know show up to. He then came to find us by the pool and again hassled us to book another time, then demanded the money upfront. When we declined, he literally started shouting and swearing at us for wasting his time. I've never experienced anything like it - you're not entitled to my time or money. He then proceeded to give us death stares for the remainder of the holiday.
The rooms were a bit outdated and the beds hard. The shower was ridiculously placed, you basically have to shower with the head pointing inwards and stand right under it, otherwise it floods. However, as mentioned they are cleaned daily.
There are stalls and shops either side of the hotel, we didn't see many restaurants though.
The hotel does very much cater to Eastern Europeans - we were a group of black people travelling from the UK and were constantly either stared at, touched or people demanding photos. One man tried to secretly record one of us and the staff were very helpful and offered to call the police.
The beach is five minutes away but is VERY rocky to the point its slightly dangerous. There is a beach bar that caters to our hotel, so if you're all inclusive you can go to the beach and get your drinks snacks etc.
All in all, the hotel is lovely, I feel like the people complaining are expecting 5 star when it is 3 minimum. It's very large and has a nice atmosphere.
This was my first time going to Turkey and I would return, beautiful country, lovely people but I maybe wouldn't return to this hotel due to the other guests.

I was worried after reading some of the reviews regarding the food. And to be honest it can get a bit tedious but they are catering for a lot of different types of people with different tastes. There is plenty of variety, fresh salad and fruit and different types ofI was worried after reading some of the reviews regarding the food. And to be honest it can get a bit tedious but they are catering for a lot of different types of people with different tastes. There is plenty of variety, fresh salad and fruit and different types of meat dishes.
I would avoid the snack bar as it is left out not under a hot plate and is cold one woman was very ill with food poisoning after eating the chicken.
The animation team especially Natalie, the manager and the DJ are fabulous.
But the biggest thank you goes to YUSUF who made this holiday for my family he is the best Thank you x

Great hotel and holiday with some improvements needed

We have just got home from a 10 night stay at Titan Select where we have had a fantastic time. I wanted to write a really honest review because there are good bits and some bits where there could be improvement.
Let's start with the good bits:
Friendly staff who areWe have just got home from a 10 night stay at Titan Select where we have had a fantastic time. I wanted to write a really honest review because there are good bits and some bits where there could be improvement.
Let's start with the good bits:
Friendly staff who are always there to help you out when you need it and nothing is ever too much. They really take care of you and acknowledge you daily. We loved this about the hotel and is a big selling point!
The animation team are fabulous, they put on great shows and always try to get you involved in activities, which of course is your choice. The only day they are not working is Sunday when they are having a well deserved rest for all their hard work in the week!
The rooms are kept clean on a daily basis and the cleaner is very understanding if you would like to miss a day of cleaning due to sleeping in if you are tired. Also the air con in the rooms was incredible and a life saver!
The pools are clean and well maintained, there are lots of sun beds to chose from and the staff are helping to keep the area tidy throughout the day.
Snack bar has a wide variety of food to eat throughout the day and there is ice cream available at certain times on the all inclusive.
There are lots of toilets available in the hotel and you do not need to walk far if you need to go.
The bar on 1st floor is nice and overlooks the pool and entertainment if you fancy sitting up there instead of going down.
We absolutely loved the beach, which is just a short walk away. Beds available for no charge in shade or sun, beach bar does really nice food throughout the day and the staff were wonderful here, often walking round offering drinks.
The spa is clean and would throughly recommend the Hamman followed by massage, so relaxing and a brilliant experience.
Lots of local shops nearby and a shop at the hotel which is well stocked for bits and bobs.
The cats were absolutely adorable. It was so nice to see the staff taking care or them all the time. Little family of around 4 kittens.
Summer garden club and fast food nearby if you fancy venturing out.
The hotel offers excursions for a very reasonable price, we went on three in total through Cazim and had so much fun, especially on the Panter Safari!
Now for areas of improvement:
I would recommend for the spa to offer robes and slippers as this is what I would have expected from 5* and I've had in the past. Also to turn the sauna down slightly as it was almost unbearable in there and we could barely breathe. They need to install a place for washing off the face masks that is not in full view of other clients coming in to the spa, as this felt a little bit awkward.
The rooms were quite outdated and could do with a bit of revamp. Also did not have tea and coffee facilities in the room, which disappointed me because I like a coffee first thing in the morning when sitting on the balcony, would have to get dressed to go all the way to floor zero to come all the way back up with a coffee.
On arrival we were not given any hotel information, such as times of restaurant opening, activities for the week, local things. I was mostly just trying to find out as we went along and feel we probably missed out on stuff. We didn't get a chance to book the A'la carte. This would have been helpful to have. I would also have expected to be given a do not disturb sign to put on the door if you want to sleep in but we would just tell the cleaner when they came, but of course this would wake us up. You are only given one key per room, but can have more if you ask which we did.
The breakfast times disappointed me as this stops early and I missed this some days because we were trying to get ready. This would mean for food you would need to wait for the snack bar to open.
Drink choices were pretty minimal, it's beer - one choice, very few spirits, selection of cocktails and soft drink. The juice from the machine tasted a bit like undiluted squash because it was so strong and sweet.
We got stuck in the lifts several times which was worrying, there is no air con in these and would make you panic when it happened.
Our room was facing the pool and the markets, at night time this was very noisy because you can hear the traffic from the main road all night, so the doors on balcony are not sound proofed.
Whilst the staff were all very lovely, there is quite a bit of pressure selling (understandable due to the tourist season and needing to make money) but at times this made me feel uncomfortable because I find it difficult to say no, you would have to be very adamant and make sure you are direct several times which could be a little frustrating.
All in all, we had a wonderful time away and really enjoyed our stay here! I would definitely come back in the future now I know what to expect. Thank you Titan Select for an amazing holiday!

Such a good holiday

Brilliant hotel with lovely entertainment and staff. All the bar staff went out of their way to cater to amazing drinks and cocktails. The animation team were so kind and attentive especially Yusuf, Tolga, Natalia and Kadir. The chef Jamal made beautiful food and we enjoyed every meal.
