A Great Holiday and Lovely Little Hotel

PROS:
CLEANLINESS - Very clean. Our cleaner was the most friendly, smiley, happy person around. Huge thanks to her.
ALL INCL - you help yourself to a large selection of drinks and ice-cream.
BED - Huge bed, we joked about needing a taxi to get from one side to the other.PROS:

SHOWER - Wow, the shower is amazing. Always hot water with great pressure.
BALCONY - We were facing east so could watch the sun rise every morning. We had full sun till the afternoon which was great because we had shade when we had had enough sun.
STAFF - really friendly and very helpful....My husband was not well and was confined to our room, staff were really helpful - at meal times the staff provided me with paper plates for me to take food up to him. If he needed something that wasn't on offer at that meal time, they were able to get what he needed from the kitchen for me (At this point he was on a very limited diet) Nothing was too much trouble.
In the early hours of our 3rd day, my husband took a turn for the worse and I had to request help from reception. The night porter who spoke very limited English was totally brilliant. (I wish I took his name) We spoke via google translate and I explained as best as I could what the issue was. He even made me laugh and made me feel less panicked. He ended up calling an ambulance for my husband and a taxi for me (I was not allowed in the ambulance) A huge thank you to him.
By day 5 of our holiday my husband was well enough to start enjoying himself
SMOKING - No smoking anywhere except on your balcony and in designated smoking areas. It meant no cig ends being left on the floor and making the area a mess. It also meant that non-smokers were not subjected to somebody smoking by the side of them. (We are both smokers)
INBETWEEN: (my personal preferences which do not reflect on the hotel itself)
POOLS - I wasn't a huge fan of the pools. Both the adult pools were pretty deep (shallow bit 1.45m) I prefer a pool where it is very shallow and going deeper.
FOOD - Themed nights. Plenty on offer for the size of the hotel. I'm a fussy eater and had no problem finding something that I liked. Yes, some food was a bit 'odd' such as brussel sprouts at breakfast - but we both found that quite cute and funny. Sometimes the food wasn't quite hot enough for my personal liking.
ENTERTAINMENT - Didn't like the entertainment room. It was located below the reception and it was quite a depressing & unwelcoming room. We felt like we were in a very cheap and tacky club. We only went 1 night, didn't go again as it just wasn't for us. However, this didn't ruin our holiday at all.
CONS:
SUNBEDS - the usual, people saving sunbeds and not using them at all. We only managed to sit by the pool 2 times during our 12 night stay. There were some beds available but no umbrella available. Signs were up saying that you cant reserve beds, but this wasn't enforced.
SHADE - Lack of umbrellas

Return visit as so impressed last year. Very clean and comfortable, and exceptionally friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Love the pool, always had a sunbed without having to find one without a 6am towel reserving it all day. Food good - wide selection. All inclusive drinksReturn visit as so impressed last year. We chose this hotel for our stay in Fuerteventura and we were very happy. Staff, amazing food, all inclusive formula, we liked it a lot (we didn't want to leave :)). Special thanks to Ionela (restaurant-bar) for her professionalism, kindness and proactivity. The only negative notes we found is the fact that many guests occupy the deckchairs with their towels already at 8 in the morning and then return after a few hours (it doesn't seem right at all, we couldn't find any spot sometimes). Also, in the bathroom of our room the soap dispensers didn't work well and the door was not closing properly.

Had an amazing 2 weeks all inclusive at the Arena Suites. The champagne breakfast was next level! The hotel, facilities and our room were spotless. The staff were so friendly and professional a few in particular stand out. Firstly Adrienne and Blanca. Wow! So amazing at their job, the diningHad an amazing 2 weeks all inclusive at the Arena Suites. The champagne breakfast was next level! The hotel, facilities and our room were spotless. The staff were so friendly and professional a few in particular stand out. Firstly Adrienne and Blanca. Wow! So amazing at their job, the dining room could be at times be so very busy but these guys managed to keep everything running so smoothly, and with a smile for everyone. Jonella, Judith and Janet were also amazing. Shout out to Joel as well. All on all we had an awesome experience here and would definitely recommend as the perfect place to stay on Corralejo.
