Hi stayed at your Auelis hotel in September
Just a few negative comments
On the night we arrived we got no cold plate as only told this when we went to check out
We got to our room about 3am
To which are room was tiny

Shower was very small and was a very strong smell of sewage
We went and spoke to reception the next morning very helpful and changed our room to a bigger room but shower still very small if your on the curvy size
Had a spa treatment which was lush
Big thanks to the girls mikela and silvana very pleasant ladies
And made me feel really at ease and not forgetting the lovely Marina who booked us in for our treatment and explained everything very well

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff

We stayed at the hotel for one week but really wished we had booked for longer.
Our room 324 was really lovely sea view from balcony and could see the quiet pool from the front door.

We have stayed in quiet a few hotels round the world and this one was up with the best.
The food was lovely always lots of choice and very fresh and dining room was always clean and tidy as they had people cleaning all the time.ps we always had a teaspoon.
We had a massage whilst there which was absolutely lovely I had mikela who was brilliant checking that the pressure was good for me and was really professional my husband had silvana and on the form we filled in he put that he had trouble with one of his arms which she totally sorted out he said its the best it has felt in months so good both of them, we also had a sauna and use of indoor pool as well it was well worth the money.
All the staff were so happy you could tell they enjoyed working there so polite and helpful sorry can't remember all there names but the barman in the evening was always lovely so was the lady in the day.
Would also like to add Marina who deals with the spa and the towels was so friendly and helpful and she had to take a lot of stick from other holiday makers because they didn't take notice of times for changing your towels.
All in all we loved the hotel, staff, area and the short ride to get there

Good location with easy transfer from airport, and into Gouves town. Hotel good first appearance. Room allocated was not as booked - tiny & grimy. Managed to change it to more suitable room next day - Manager Katarina helpful. Staff not v empowered to make decisions although provide good service throughout property. Very helpful , attentive & friendly in restaurant. Cretan restaurant good - although far too much for breakfast with orders taken. Seems most guests are all inclusive. If on 1/2 board, wine by glass choice really poor. One choice! Food plentiful well presented and regularly replenished. Hot live cooking stations at all meal periods.
Entertainment mediocre & hard to see as no lighting. Sometimes us advertised and no one arrives.
Pool sun beds comfy although little shade. Umbrellas so difficult to put up - had to ask for help every time. Daft location for towels - inconvenient.
Overall - a pleasant stay but would not return.

Was lucky to have just spent another week (should have booked for longer!) at this faultless hotel & spa which has quickly become our favourite hot-holiday destination.
Starting with a very late arrival due to a delayed flight, staff were on hand and accommodating even in the middle of the night.

Starting with a very late arrival due to a delayed flight, staff were on hand and accommodating even in the middle of the night.
We had a swim up room in the Sensus area which was perfect and also wheelchair friendly as no steps to get to and from the room or to the pool / snack & bar / restaurant. Access to the pool is limited to other Sensus guests only so it was never very busy, no need to worry about getting a sun bed…….
All staff were so very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and all do an amazing job which really adds to the overall experience. The food at all daily inclusive food services was great with such a wide variety on offer to suit all tastes and the all inclusive snacks in the Sensus area were so tasty every day. The hotel and room was impeccably clean and the daily room servicing was excellent.
Beach shuttle is a great little extra provided at no extra cost by the hotel, which now feels like a home away from home.

Good Hotel for Sunny Getaway

Went with my wife for a 10th Wedding Anniversary. We booked the Sensus experience with rooftop jacuzzi and lounge area and access to the additional Sensus bar. Rooms are comfortable with silent aircon and good sound proofing. Bed is comfortable but soft. Shower is excellent, cleaners are great andWent with my wife for a 10th Wedding Anniversary. Bed is comfortable but soft. Shower is excellent, cleaners are great and bottled water provided daily for fridge. The TV did have a lack of English speaking channels.
The food was varied, fresh and well presented. Lots of Fish, Cretan and Greek options. Salad is great and cooking station provided great grilled fish and meat. I did think the cooker breakfast options were not as good but lots of other choices. The service is a bit mixed. If you sit by inside it's good but trying to get served drinks when seated in outside is problematic. You will have cats around when outside but I don't mind that.
The drinks involved are a bit mixed bag. The beer isn't that good and the wine a bit of mixer bag. There a good range of branded spirits which is good and be the signature cocktails are great. The bar staff are very friendly and the is table service.
The facilities are good with nice pools and comfy sun loungers. There's a basic gym and spa if VC that's your thing. Nice relaxed vibe and the hotel grounds are nice and modern.
Overall I would say it's good value for relaxing all inclusive stay. Surrounding are is ok but seen better surroundings. Mighty not go to Crete again as only went to stay at this hotel.
