Stunning location only 30 minutes from the airport, along with buses that go to/from the town centre too. There’s a beach with sea activities included and multiple pools, plus many food options. The reception team and main restaurant staff were amazing and very welcoming.

The review’s a little low due to one restaurant (Kum Kuat) not delivering the same level of service and the pool staff occasionally forgetting orders. But other than that, I’d highly recommend this place as we had a memorable stay for our first family holiday with a 16 month old baby.

We actually loved the choice of the wine on the menu from a choice of about 10 reds, ect and this is in all restaurants and bars and amazing cocktails too
The the only thing is you need to have a family area in all restaurants and a adult only pool , it works in many hotels we have been before
But still wouldn't put us of going back out of school holidays

Coming to the end of an amazing week at MarBella Corfu for our honeymoon. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff are all so friendly and polite. We also cannot fault the food - we ate at two A La Carte restaurants - Kuzina and Khun Kuat - bothComing to the end of an amazing week at MarBella Corfu for our honeymoon. We also cannot fault the food - we ate at two A La Carte restaurants - Kuzina and Khun Kuat - both lovely, but to be honest, we much preferred the buffet food in La Terazza. Great selection and varied most nights - really delicious. We booked to do the Catamaran Cruise to Paxos/Antipaxos & the Blue Caves through their exclusive services and it was honestly incredible. It’s an 8-hour trip, all food and drink is included, there were a couple of swimming stops and to top it off, we saw dolphins! Would highly recommend. A special mention to Silia who made us feel very welcome when we arrived, Jim by the pool and all staff in general - you made it such a special and memorable holiday - thank you. I should mention, the only downside is the wasps, but they were pretty harmless, thankfully! Would definitely come back and highly recommend!

If I was writing this review after the first few days then I would have been more harsh and would have probably given this hotel a 2 out of 5.

If you are (like me) a foodie then I would say this is not the place for you. Saying that there are some good restaurants but there are some appalling ones too. Breakfast is good but the main buffet in the evening is poor. The Asian restaurant is awful, not just me as I spoke to other guests and they shared the same opinion.
I would say that 90% of the staff are lovely but there are some horrible people too. If they don’t like their job then they shouldn’t be in the hotel industry, rather than winding the guest up!
We tried the dine out option and when we arrived we quickly departed. They sat us down in this dirty back street and the menu option was like a kids menu!!
If you market yourself as a 5* then why would you send your guests to a crappy taverna?
Mini bar was empty when we arrived and after 9 request they finally stocked it up. Unfortunately they don’t like to replenish. No doubt saving money!!!
This place with a flick of a pen could be IKOS, grounds are beautiful, clean and the rooms are good.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff

We have just got back from a weeks stay with two toddlers.
The hotel is beautiful and well kept, clean and tidy.
Beds are very comfy, we had a two bedroom suite with a sea view which was spacious and well equipped. We stayed in N block which if we came backWe have just got back from a weeks stay with two toddlers.

Beds are very comfy, we had a two bedroom suite with a sea view which was spacious and well equipped. We stayed in N block which if we came back we would request to be in main hotel as with two toddlers and the fact the hotel is built in to a hill it was very hard work with kids aged 3 & 4. We hired a buggy for the evening but there was no way of using it during the day as lifts are tiny and some out of service. The hotel is massive so it makes it hard getting about with two toddlers.
The room was cleaned every day, however tea and coffee was not filled up regularly like it states.
Clean towels daily.
Beautiful views
The main two pools are far too deep for small children or even short adults like me, 5ft and I had to tiptoe to keep my head out of water so we spent the majority of our time at the kids waterpark area. The hill up to this is very steep. The kids pool here is brilliant and the waterpark is an asset to this hotel with small children. Service at the waterpark is brilliant, especially Theodora she clearly loves her job and children. A clear winner in service but tbh all staff are very good and friendly.
Food and drinks here are not as good as other parts of hotel and it’s such a walk down the hill that we just lived off pizzas most time we were there.
We eat in Kum Kuat which was amazing and service was excellent. We also eat on Deck Bar and Grill, food was amazing but service was very poor and slow. Took ages to collect dirty plates, no drinks offered and lots of time between courses.
We did have 4 restaurants booked at times suitable but we cancelled 2 after busy days at the pool.
The buffet is small for size of hotel but presuming because the restaurants can seat a lot it didn’t matter. Breakfast was the best buffet we have been too.
Cocktails were the best in main restaurant and it’s a nice touch you get crisps and nuts. Service is very good throughout the hotel and staff are a credit to the hotel.
The views are stunning but the beach isn’t like the pictures and not suitable for young children.
Food at beach bar very good.
Reception service brilliant and are safe broke twice but they fixed it quick.
It’s a lovely hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.
