We had the best holiday!
The resort is great, location is beautiful, really tasty food (we loved Elia and Oliva the most), super fast laundry service, staff is very reactive to requests, room service is quite quick.

- Beach is great, although quite packed and feels like not enough space for everyone. What I found quite weird is there were quite some Deluxe guests on the "regular" beach, whereas there was plenty of space available in the Deluxe part, while the regular was full. Perhaps Deluxe guests could be directed to their respective space as well, especially when there is high demand for sunbeds as it feels like they are taking these from the regular guests who are not allowed to occupy the Deluxe sunbeds.
It would also be great if smoking (cigarette and cigar especially) was not allowed on sunbeds or pools (it was quite annoying to have 4 people smoking at once next to the kids splash pool).
- Spa was good as well, really enjoyed the treatments.
- Gym program is nicely done and instructors are good.
- Heroes creche is great, as well as their babysitting services.
- The overall cleanliness level is good, however it would be great if housekeeping could vacuum a bit more often.
Definitely willing to come back!

This is an exceptional hotel.definitely one of the best hotels in Corfu, the moment you arrive the reception staff are fabulous warm & friendly & efficient.This hotel has huge personality so many fantastic restaurants to try our favourite was the azul,sea grill,& ouzo ,specially Maria& all staff in theThis is an exceptional hotel.definitely one of the best hotels in Corfu, the moment you arrive the reception staff are fabulous warm & friendly & efficient.This hotel has huge personality so many fantastic restaurants to try our favourite was the azul,sea grill,& ouzo ,specially Maria& all staff in the ouzo.The grounds pools & gardens are spectacular very well maintained by an army of gardeners & go on forever.Water sports staff friendly & very helpful & we enjoyed out daily pedalo rides .Sea village pool staff were welcoming & efficient.Our favourite buggy driver was Nikos genuine nice guy from sister hotel in Kos .We were lucky enough to experience two types of room in our holiday both amazing,superior room pool view central village & deluxe suite with beach front location room are everything you expect from ikos perfect,comfortable & luxurious,24 hour room service was outstanding food was restaurants standard & arrived quickly .we have to say a massive thank you to Anastasia the guest relations manager,she was the incredible & very passionate about giving the best ikos service.Thank you for another wonderful holiday x

Thai is probably the best all-inclusive resort we have been to.
The service is on a next level, the food is just amazing and the selection of drinks next level.
We spent 9 nights in the hotel and will come back next year.

I have seen reviews that the hotel garden, gras and flowers are not finished yet. I cannot agree on this. The facilities are perfectly in shape, you see gardeners everywhere and they make sure everything looks amazing.

New hotel not 5*

Overall this place is beautiful but not 5* luxury. Well manicured gardens and appointed rooms. However still could do more to ensure a truly luxurious experience.
Food is good variety at buffet however the restaurants Elia and Olivia virtually offer the same meals.

Sea grill is great too but options limited if ur veggie.
One of our party got really sick after either eating a dodgy prawn or swimming in the sea too much. Not sure which caused him to be sick all night and in bed all day. We heard at least 3/4 other cases of people being sick on that day.
The location is truly beautiful and ikos know how to maximise the views with the restaurants up on the hill (Elia and Olivia). All three pools you can access (hotel garden and sea villages) are lovely with adult areas. The Deluxe pool offers the best view of sea however you have to pay another premium to get access to deluxe and it’s not worth it when there the sea village pool.
The gym is well equipped and appointed. It has great views and probably better than most gyms. Not 24 tho which is a negative.
We were in a superior double room in the garden village. Room was ok however cleaning was not thorough or consistent. Some days we got small towels others we didn’t. One day there was a horrendous smell in the room of sewage. They sorted it but this smell was common throughout the whole complex. Plus this seem to be the kids pool which was great for a middle aged couple without kids.
There are adult only sections by pools and in restaurants however still in earshot of screaming kids. Not relaxing or in keeping with that luxury feel.
Ikos are missing out on a market where adult only takes priority.
Staff are great. Kind attentive and hard working.
I won’t be returning to ikos odisia as outside the food sunbathing and complex there’s not much else to do. I like to walk and see outside the resort however there was nothing to see apart from run down hotels shops and restaurants. It seems ikos may have dominated the local market and taken away the tourists.
Did a trip to Corfu not worth it as full of cruise ship tourists and had to queue for any tourist attraction.
Hired a boat trip privately which was amazing. But only 2 hours.
Such a shame as we’ve been to ikos aria which was much better.
