One if the best hotels in Hurghada

The hotel provides exceptional culinary experiences and outstanding service. We had a 10-night stay and would highly recommend it to couples and families. They offered a diverse range of entertainment events catering to both singles and couples/families. We would undoubtedly return when we next visit Hurghada.

Best time in Egypt

It was our 4th time in Egypt and we had great time. Staff is great. And animations were awesome - best pool parties. Beach is great and buses are every 10 minutes. We liked the food. Lots of place to swim in in the swimming pools. Close to the shaping

A nice holiday - could be great if only the owners would invest some money into this hotel!

A overall positive holiday where we had a good time and relaxed.
Staff are great, we are always happy to tip and received excellent service from all staff! They deserve the tips and never ask for them!
Pools are well kept and lovely - Lifeguards will get beds if you ask

Pools are well kept and lovely - Lifeguards will get beds if you ask and always there to help! I could have shoved the whistles where the sun doesn’t shine at some points as there was excess whistle blowing from them lol
Location - amazing lovely promenade and restaurants just out the back gate of the hotel! City bar is great - nice cocktails and cheap meals - like a pub from home we watched football there and the staff are polite - fruit stall outside near pub is also great amazing mangos!
Beach - it’s not bad at all it does the job and lovely sea to swim in! Free shuttle bus - staff on hand to help you get beds and bring drinks!
Rooms - they were ok had to be moved from first room as bath damaged but to be fair they did change our room! One pillow but asked for more and we got them! Cleaners are ok but not enough towels given- Linin and towels need replacing as old and tatty. I think room cleaners need to do better the first room was not clean and that’s not really ok!
Drinks - there is pop, water and orange - beer - gin - these are the things we had - all ok - swim up bar great but such a shame the money has not been put into this hotel to make that area better it could be an amazing bar but it’s just empty and run down! Plastic cups are not great - money needs spending to have proper plastic cups! 1 x small bottle of water a day - again not great and nothing to do with environment as plastic disposable cups being used! Not staffs fault it’s all finances I suppose for owners! Diet Pepsi available. Beer was ok, wine ok too!
Shops - shop is reasonable prices on site and other shops just outside the hotel which is lovely! Brought handbags, fags, snacks and snorkelling bits.
Reception - found them helpful changed our room let us have a late check out all be it only an extra hour but we were grateful! Ensured if we had issues they were fixed!
Restaurant and food - restaurant is fine I like the outdoor seating area - nice waiters who will serve you if you ask them to - we always tip and they are so grateful and work so hard and deserve the tip! Nice guy outside serving I think he is in charge outside! Some of the people in the hotel who are customers are rude they push in front in the food que and it’s awful! Even the staff get fed up of it! The man going round selling juice £2 ish is a bit irritating and selling bbq beach activity - he is nice and polite but he is everywhere you turn so maybe they need to look at that! Food is ok the same as other all inclusive hotels - always something to eat but for the price you can go out for 3 course meal for 3 people for 40 quid with drinks in the local restaurants so we did a mix! The snack situation in the hotel needs sorting - if you miss breakfast last chance - 10am you have to wait until lunch and can only get food in main restaurant! There is no sitting round the pool for a snack well not until 4pm when burgers and pizza is offered for 1hr only!! Food needs to be available for longer hours at snack bars not everyone wants to go for a sit down meal 3 times a day and 4pm for burgers is too late - we struggled with this to be honest and have never known an all inclusive like that!
Staff - amazing best part of the holiday! They were a delight and honestly a credit to the hotel - the sales people do get on ya nerves a bit but if your polite and firmly say your not interested they will leave you alone just got to get through the first day lol - we had a foot treatment and shave which was ok in the salon but nothing special! Didn’t do trips as wanted to relax - word of advice the trip to pyramids is 24hrs and most of that on a bus - don’t do it unless your flying!
Tips - tip in Egyptian or notes - they struggle to change the coins a few guys asked us to change dollars but I explained we don’t use dollars so could not.
The hotel may not be the 5 star English people expect so go with an open mind - but we enjoyed our holiday, it was relaxing and enjoyable and we would go again! Go with an open mind it’s not perfect it needs money spending on it but the sun shines, the staff are kind and the pool is great!

The hotel is beautiful and the area is full of greenery so you can relax. I also recommend trips such as snorkeling or visiting the pyramids!
