A perfect stay at Ikos Aria

Just returned home from our second trip to an Ikos hotel but first at Aria. We had the most incredible time from start to finish. We have never visited a hotel where every member of staff was so attentive with the exact right amount of friendliness and professionalism. Every personJust returned home from our second trip to an Ikos hotel but first at Aria. We had the most incredible time from start to finish. We have never visited a hotel where every member of staff was so attentive with the exact right amount of friendliness and professionalism. Every person made us feel special. We started in a sea view superior room in the main building which was lovely. However we were extremely lucky to have been offered an amazing upgrade to a deluxe one bedroom suite with use of all the deluxe facilities which was incredible. The hotel was beautifully looked after and nothing was too much trouble. We loved taking a pedalo to the stunning little island, had fun at the white party on the beach and loved the adult pool. A few staff to mention:
Andre - hotel manager, was so warm and checked in on us at the end of our stay, he even helped with a restaurant reservation for a stay in Venice later this summer! Andre was genuinely interested in us and our Ikos experience.
Anthony - supported our check in and check out and was so welcoming, helpful and made us feel valued and special.
Emma - our wonderful Ouzo waitress
Sofia - gave an incredible massage.
Athena and Stefan - the must lovely servers at Seasons restaurant
Front of house at the deluxe check in, all so kind, welcoming and wonderful
Ioannis - duty manager - offered us our upgrade.
All the room service staff couldn't do enough for us and nothing was too much trouble.
We had to have a doctor on our stay and the hotel arranged everything immediately in a calm and smooth manner. We were made to feel safe and so looked after.
We loved Ouzo for dinner, seasons for all meals!
The adult pool and waitress were our favourite place in the day.
We cannot wait for our next Ikos trip and literally could not have loved the hotel more.

What can I say? An incredible holiday, our best ever. The staff were so friendly and professional. Nothing was too much. The facilities are great. It was bliss, and I totally recommend going to this resort. We’ll be booking for next year. The whole family was practically in tears aboutWhat can I say? An incredible holiday, our best ever. This place is paradise!!
Everything about Ikos Aria is perfect and you will not be disappointed.
We recently returned from our 3rd visit to Aria and once again we had the most amazing time. The resort is immaculate from the rooms to the gardens, restaurants, toilets, lobby beach,This place is paradise!!

We recently returned from our 3rd visit to Aria and once again we had the most amazing time. The resort is immaculate from the rooms to the gardens, restaurants, toilets, lobby beach, pool etc….Absolutely every single member of the Ikos team work their socks off to make it very special!! and clearly love their role. They are the most polite, friendly and helpful members of the Ikos family. They cannot do enough to make your stay the best experience possible.
Restaurants…. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The choice of food is outstanding and so delicious no matter where you eat!! However our favourite place to have lunch was Fresco. (Italian )(Crispy potatoes in Parmesan sauce, salads, pizzas , soup and tiramisù 😋 Anaya (Asian fusion) amazing food. So much choice and
Beach,
Pools, sunbeds, so so comfortable and relaxing. Staff were wonderful and always extremely attentive with drinks, snacks, cleaning our sunglasses, refreshing our towels , assisting us with our sunbeds, moving them into the position of the sun. Totally spoilt! Love it!!
There are so many staff members I could give a special mention and to be fair everyone was very kind , friendly and professional, however i need to mention a few who really stood out

The best.😘 He was our shadow!!❤️looking out for us and turning up with a surprise posy of flowers everywhere we went. Thank you so much. So much fun and appreciated! thanks a million 🙏🏻 Casey thank you! You made us laugh (shopping)🤣 you know what I mean☺️
I cannot forget the general manager Dimitrios who spent so much time speaking to as many guests as possible. Always there to listen and put little issues right!!
We had the most wonderful time and hope to return next season.
